Pool owners see who is on duty, not personal details.Staff appear as first name and last initial. Phone numbers, ages and pay stay with Sauvetage Assuré.
Incident reports cannot be rewritten.Once filed, a report is locked. Corrections are added as dated notes, and changes are logged.
Every new pool account is approved by us.Signing up as a pool owner or manager only sends a request. Access starts when Sauvetage Assuré approves it.
